Blogger has long been a mystery to me in some ways - like why does it randomly decide to turn some pictures? Why can I not delete some things sometimes? So, in a nutshell, I have no answers for you Amy-san, sorry.
It should match what is on your computer.You can change it though by clicking on Post Options and you can change the date/time there.
